Positive points : +++ Location of the hotel, close to everything and in a very quiet area +++ Very helpful and nice team +++ Quality of bedding +++ Breakfast quality and large choice Can be enhanced : --- The bathroom of the family room #1 is not a 4 star level. Very old general looking, shower not working well (shower curtain is not possible is such standing hotel, and faucet for temperature works very badly), no hook for towels, poor ventilation, sticky walls... --- No shower products provided (for a 4 star !!!), only a small soap for hands. --- Our room (#1) is also located just below the breakfast room, which makes it very noisy from 06:30 in the morning, when the employees start preparing breakfast. We hear footsteps and talk, which woke us up every day (x5) --- Breakfast room could be a bit bigger, we had sometime to wait for free table.

Great location, service and comfortable beds. Yes some rooms are up lots of stairs but you expect that in these type of hotels in the area. Room was clean and continental breakfast was plentiful

Wonderful stay! Everyone was so nice, the breakfast was great and the location was spectacular. The room was a bit noisy and chilly but comfortable and with a spacious bathroom. Overall a great place!

Excellent stay, staff so friendly would definitely recommend to friends and family. Continental breakfast fantastic with a vast amount for two. Studio room quiet, safe and so close to central London, 15 mins walk to Victoria tube and station.
